John Houlihan is a film studio Music Executive, veteran independent Music Supervisor and Music Producer who has helped shape the music of more than 100 feature films, numerous television episodes and dozens of popular soundtrack albums. Recent highlights include the award winning films Jojo Rabbit, Bohemian Rhapsody, Ford v Ferrari and The Shape Of Water. John was the Music Supervisor for the three Austin Powers films, Charlie’s Angels 1 & 2 and John Wick 1 & 2. Seeking projects in all genres, past films include Atomic Blonde, Training Day, 13 Going on 30, Get Rich Or Die Tryin’, The Lake House, Charlotte’s Web, Nacho Libre and the 2009 re-make of the movie musical Fame. He has also worked on advertising for international brands, documentary films (including the Academy Award winning OJ: Made In America) and supervised the music of high profile media projects for both presidential campaigns of Barack Obama. John co-founded the Guild Of Music Supervisors and served as Vice President (2010-2014), Board Member (2012-2017) and President (2014-2017).
